今回はこちらの試食もさせていただきました♪
いつものふわふわパンケーキのまわりにはフレッシュなフルーツがたくさん♪
キウイ・ブルーベリー・オレンジそして、イチゴのソースはパンケーキにつけて食べても、爽やかな酸味があり美味しかったです。
太陽の日差しを浴びながらこんなに贅沢な朝食が食べられるのも、箱根の森のパンケーキならではです♪
海外の方も多くいらっしゃる箱根では、“フルーツグラノーラヨーグルト”も人気だそうです。
普段の朝食をイメージした、女性にも嬉しいメニューですよね。
さらにオープンサンドも充実♪
今日は“アボカドとサーモンのオープンサンド”をいただきました。
たっぷりのアボカドと新鮮なサーモンがドンっとのったボリューム満点のメニューです。
メインはもちろんですが、
サイドメニューのこだわりも感じられるプレートになっており、ポテトとトマト、サラダのドレッシングまで最高に美味しいプレートでした♪
ちなみにドレッシングはシェフのきまぐれ♪今日のドレッシングはニンジンをすりおろした爽やかなドレッシングでした。
なんと、11時の時点で品切れ商品もあり、店内もにぎわっていました。

やっぱり人気№１はパンケーキメニュー♪夏は“苺とチョコフォンデュのパンケーキ”、秋口から“栗とアメリカンチェリーのモンブランパンケーキ”が人気だそうです。

Hakone no mori no pancake offers a breakfast menu from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Breakfast menus are rare in Hakone, so why not spend your morning at Hakone no Mori no Pancake for a breakfast that will make your trip even more special?
Among the many items on the menu, the most popular is the Fruit Pancake.
This time I had the opportunity to try it!
The usual fluffy pancakes are served with a lot of fresh fruits. The kiwi, blueberry, orange, and strawberry sauces were refreshingly tangy and delicious on the pancakes.
The location of Hakone no mori no pancake is very relaxing, and you can soak up the morning sun while enjoying breakfast.
The fruit granola yogurt appears to be favored by many international visitors. The dish is inspired by an everyday breakfast and is especially popular with women.
There is also a full selection of open sandwiches available.
Today I tried the avocado and salmon open sandwich. It is a hearty menu with plenty of avocados and fresh salmon and comes with carefully selected side dishes. The potatoes, tomatoes, and even the salad dressing were absolutely delicious.
By the way, the dressings are improvised by the chef! Today it was a fresh dressing with grated carrots.
To our surprise, some items were sold out at 11:00 a.m., and the restaurant was bustling with people. If you already have a specific dish in mind, we recommend you get there as early as possible!
Of course, don’t forget to check out the regular menu. The most popular item is the pancake menu. The Strawberry and Chocolate Fondue Pancakes are best-seller in the summer, and the Mont-blanc pancake with chestnuts and American cherry is beloved from the beginning of fall.
